She Stripped To The Beat But Her Clothes Stayed On

My style inspiration at the moment is a mix between Steven Tyler, Joe Perry, Michael Hutchence and anyone who happens to resemble anyone from the early eighties. When Duran Duran released thier new music video for their song 'Girl Panic' I almost died seeing the beautiful clothing in all its striking eightiesness... yeah I just made a word up and I'm gonna keep using it, deal with it ;) I mean some of the worlds sexiest models feature in the video along with lead singer Simon Le Bon's wife, Yasmin Le Bon.

Duran Duran - Girl Panic

The best part about the video apart from looking like a modern day eighties throw back, is that Duran Duran feature as the bell boys, waiters and paparazzi to the girls mimicking them.

I spy a very shifty looking  Simon Le Bon

Look at her she looks like a fantasmical cookie monster <3

Don't even get me started on Naomi's red velvet jacket in all its glorious boldness

Onto our namesakes, yes we are identical twins unlike the aptly named Aerosmith duo but the Toxic Twins ooze style and effortless glam, even when they aren't fully dressed - just the way momma likes them ;)
Granted they haven't got many clothes on here but if I looked that good half naked I'd walk round topless too !!!

Feast your eyes on this lovely hunk of man meat, Michael Hutchence in all his glory. I love his skull shorts and INXS crop top, there's nothing like a bit of shameless self promotion, is there?

Rings, rings and more rings, if you stick around long enough you will soon realise that I am part magpie

When you look that good shirts are not necessary

Leather jacket - check, badges - check, motorbike - damn it I knew I was forgetting something

Braces are never a bad thing :)

And a little Vince Neil to finish off becasue who doesn't like 'Girls Girls Girls'?

I can admit that if I had a choice I would have been an eighties love child as I'm reminded on the regular by my flatmates that the eighties is dead and gone and I should move along with my musical choice but I am sticking with my hairspray, Wham! & shoulder pad nostalgia - thank you very much !!
